Highlands Ranch Northridge Subdivisions

Northridge is generally considered the part of Highlands Ranch that lies south of County Line Road, east of Broadway, and west of Colorado Boulevard. For purposes of this website, the dividing line between Northridge and Southridge is considered to be Summit View Parkway, a ridge between the two, with other considerations being that Northridge community access is via Highlands Ranch Boulevard, while Southridge community access is primarily from via Wildcat Reserve Parkway. Most Northridge subdivisions west of University Boulevard surround the Sand Creek Park and Northridge Park open spaces. Its various subdivisions were  among the earliest areas to be developed, and its home genarally date from 1984 thru 1993, except for the new Tresana Townhome community, where its homes date from 2007. In general, lots in these areas are larger than in other areas, depending on the home type, and landscaping is more mature.
