  • Involve homeowner in brochure design process to maximize marketing position
  • If the home will be vacant while on the market, discuss home staging options and property management issues
  • Produce full color, multi-photo, fact filled brochure
  • Produce multiple digital “Virtual Tours” of your home that is uploaded to all websites
  • Install Info Box on yard sign for brochures and stock with full color brochures
  • Utilize a Combination Lock Box to facilitate ease of showings by authorized buyer agents

  • Monitor and report neighborhood listing and sales activities to maintain competitive position in the marketplace (ongoing)
