About Brookfield Subdivision of Highlands Ranch Colorado

The Brookfield subdivision of Highlands Ranch, Colorado is located in zip code 80126, on the north side of Highlands Ranch Boulevard about 1/2 mile west of Venneford Ranch Road and south of the Northridge Park open space. This places Brookfield in the area of Highlands Ranch generally known as Northridge. Brookfield consists of about 400 single family homes. Homes in Brookfield date from about 1989 to 1994, newer than most other Northridge area homes north of Northridge Park, but still among the earlier homes built in Highlands Ranch. Lot sizes vary from about .10 ac to over .25 ac, depending on location in the community and size of the home on the lot. Some homes back to open space, and those on the northern edges also generally have very nice mountain views to the north and west. Brookfield has a very nicely maintained small park in its central area, with children's play sets, picnic tables and a soccer field, and residents have direct access to the Northridge Park trails.
