Location Details Specifications
In the Location Details section, registered and logged-in advanced home search users may enter their location criteria and other for their search.
Instructions for Location Details Section
To select multiple options in the Denver Area Code (See also: Denver MLS Area Map) and County scrolling fields, click on your first selection, scroll to your next selection, then while holding the Alt key, click on the additional selection. When you are done, scroll through the list to review your selections, and to be sure that all of the ones you want have been highlighted. For both of these fields, the default is Ignore, which means that any area or county will be considered.
If you are looking for a property at a specific address, minimum and maximum street number may be specified. They may be the same. Then enter only the basic street name, without any directional indicators or street types.
Minimum and maximum Year Built may be entered, if you wish. Leave blank to ignore year built for this search.
A particular subdivision may be entered if you wish. It is strongly suggested that you list only one subdivision in this field. Leave blank for all subdivisions.
Pierson map guide and city block area should generally not be used, unless you are very familiar with those specifications.
When you have selected all of your desired criteria, click any of the several "Start Search" buttons to display your search results.
