Property Types and Basic Search Criteria
In the Basic Search section, all users, including unregistered anonymous users, may enter their basic home search criteria. It consists of two main sections.
In the top section, users will select the Search tab to display the search criteria screen.
Once this tab is selected, the user will be able to select one, and only one, of the four property type categories available in the Denver MetroList MLS: Residential, Condo/Townhouse, Land, or Income.
Property Type Selection

Depending on the user's property type selection, slightly different additional sections will be displayed, depending on criteria available for the selected property type. In the following discussion, only the Residential criteria are presented.

Minimum and maximum Basement Square Feet may be specified. Leave blank for all listings. This space may or may not be finished.
If you are only interested in detached single family homes, make that selection in the Type field.
Usually, selection of anything in the Garage field is not advisable. Instead, use the Car Spaces field to identify your minimum number of spaces.
The Show Properties field may be used to select properties listed up to some number of days before today's date. Do not select anything to see all active listings, regardless of date listed.
