The four models in “The Manors”, with the first building just under construction, will be ranch style stacked condo flats, ranging from 1,240 sf to 1,653 sf, and currently priced from the high $200s to the mid $300s. Buildings in The Manors are only two stories, and include elevator access to the upper level. This is a builder new home community, so there will be more units available than are listed in the MLS. Some units may be completed “spec” homes, or homes with planned completion dates in the future.
