Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Eastridge is generally considered the part of Highlands Ranch that lies south of C470, west of the City of Lone Tree, and east of Colorado Boulevard. This is all within unincorporated Douglas County Colorado. Most Eastridge subdivisions are in zip code 80130, though a few are in 80124.

Some of its various subdivisions, those on the northern edge along C470, were among the oldest areas of Highlands Ranch to be developed, and those homes generally date from about 1987 through 1999. Some of its other subdivisions, generally on the southern edges, and adjacent to the newer Hearth areas in Southridge, are more recent and date from about 2001 to 2007.

A few of the subdivisions listed here are not included in the area governed by the Highlands Ranch Community Association, so they do not have access to the Highlands Ranch recreation centers, and those subdivisions are noted accordingly in the lists below.
