Landmark Tower, Meridian Tower and European Village

The Landmark is a luxury condominiums project located in the Denver Tech Center, west of I-25 and north of Orchard Road. Its address is in Greenwood Village, 80111.

Construction and availability has been in multiple phases. Phase 1, the Landmark Tower, is now complete, with only a few new condos still available for sale. A very few owner resale condos are also starting to become available in the Landmark Tower. Generally speaking, MLS listed private owner resale condos need to be shown by an independent real estate broker.

The second phase of this project, named The Meridian Tower, is now to the point that all public facilities are completed, as shown in the developer’s Grand Opening party of January 15th, 2009. Initial closings and owner occupancy are just starting in the Meridian Tower. Condo units in the Meridian Tower are generally somewhat more expensive per square foot than those in the Landmark Tower, and final costs will also depend on custom finishes, upgrades and options selected by the buyer.

Future phases, now under construction, include multi-story brownstone style luxury townhomes in the European Village area of the community, located just south of the Landmark and Meridian Towers. The European Village will also include a low-rise multi-story building at its eastern side, with more luxury condo flats.

If you are interested in this high-end luxury condo project, be aware that your best interests will be served by hiring your own real estate agent to represent you, since owner’s listing agents, as well as the developer’s on-site sales agents, are hired and are being paid to represent the interests of the sellers, not you. Hiring your own buyer’s agent will not add anything to your costs, and could save you a lot of aggravation and potential problems, especially if you hire an agent who is personally familiar with this community and the issues of buying a residence there, as we are.
